No, NOT the MLW tapings … they were awesome! Rather, I’m referring to the fact that my trusty Canon EOS 20D had a major systems failure during the very first match! Seems to me upon examination and study that it is suffering from a shutter release button contact problem and a failed shutter. I can’t complain. The camera has fired off more than 90,000 shots since I bought it without anything but minor, easily resolved problems. But repairing it may be expen$ive. I’m working against the clock here too … SHIMMER is in only 3 weeks. I will keep you up to date on the progress!
Note to self: Must buy backup camera, OR new camera and make this one the backup.

Thanks for the sympathy. The camera is now in intensive care. My fingers are crossed. As for the MLW matches, like I said, there were 30 matches! It’s gonna be a ‘work in progress’ for quite a while, but I’ll postt stuff as it’s done. I’m STILL on WSU from October 3rd! And SHIMMER is coming up in 2 weeks – and we KNOW what that means! LOTS more pictures!

Sorry about the camera. I have to say though that you have consistently taken THE best female wrestling pics around. The last sets of MLW were fantastic – great to see Genni Right, Desiree Petersen, Claudia del Solis and Miss Rachel especially – wow
It’s good to see more of the wrestlers wearing proper athletic wrestling gear too i.e. one piece leotard and boots. I hope that trend continues away from the nonsense trousers and street-style gear. Keep the great work up with all of your (working) cameras!
